First of all, we would like to apologize for the delay in holding our very first AGM.
Due to the current situation, we have had to rethink of ways in which we can hold our AGM and since it will also include voting for the EXCO, we had to take that into consideration as well. We are currently very close to finalizing those details, however, there is one more thing we need and that is you!
We urge you to please put forth your names to be considered for EXCO positions!
We have decided on a deadline date of 15th November 2020. You can now apply to become a member of our EXCO if you are a registered member already, here (https://www.musiciansunion.mv/exco).
Our EXCO positions are:
President
Vice-President
Secretary General
Treasurer
Event Coordinator
Spokesperson
Associate Officer
Should we not have enough nominees by the 15th, we have made the decision to make the EXCO smaller with fewer positions (5 minimum). We will make the amends accordingly and send it through for approval by the Registrar of Associations.
We aim to hold out AGM by the end of this month, we look forward to seeing you all then!
