National Centre for the Arts (NCA) has revealed that free PCR results reports can now be issued via email.
In order to receive the report through email, individuals are to provide their:
name
ID card number
the date of the test conducted at free roadside sampling stations
the purpose of your visit
resort name
traveling dates
to the email heoc.pcrlab@health.gov.mv.
The service is only available for members registered at NCA.
The Health Protection Agency (HPA) will be cross checking the information with the NCA database in order to issue the report via email. Therefore, any musicians who are currently not registered at NCA are welcome to do so by filling out the form: http://bit.ly/NCAArtistRegistration.
