Official Representation of Union Chairing the general meetings and the meetings of the Executive Committee. Ensuring that the decisions made as per the recommendations of the Executive Committee are in the best interest of the Union. Ensuring that no member of the Executive Committee makes decisions regarding the affairs of the Union, without consulting the rest of the members of the Executive Committee and actions must be taken with regard to such decisions. Being answerable to the members with regard to the management, annual report and the financial statement of the Union at the annual general meeting. Obtaining the opinions and suggestions of members, pertaining to the matters of the management of the Union and the affairs of the Union that are submitted to the Executive Committee and deliberated.
